Inside, the element uses the halogen cycle within a quartz envelope. This keeps the filament stable even at scorching temperatures, so it resists burnout and stays consistent. The quartz tube handles sudden temperature changes and shrugs off outdoor conditions. The R7s connector is another practical detail. It handles high current, installs quickly, and keeps the lamp aligned. That means solid contact and steady performance, even with vibration.
