You need a dryer that dries the whole load, not just the center.&lt;/p&gt;&#xA;&lt;h3 id=&#34;infrared-heating-sub-millimeter-uniformity-repeatable&#34;&gt;Infrared heating: sub-millimeter uniformity, repeatable&lt;/h3&gt;&#xA;&lt;p&gt;We built this cassette cleaning infrared dryer around controlled NIR emission and a thermal field that’s uniform down to the sub-millimeter. The payoff is a repeatable temperature profile across the entire cassette footprint, with tight uniformity even when the load configuration changes. Photoresist bake steps—soft bake and hard bake—live and die on thermal budget stability. This system delivers that, cycle after cycle. It runs cleanroom Class 1–100 compatible, produces zero particle events during operation, and the heating profile is fully reproducible for auditable process control.&lt;/p&gt;</description>
